Studying at Night no Longer a Challenge

Your support helped purchase solar lights for multiple students who have no electricity and struggled to study at night.  Two of the students were Mariama and Musa.  Mariama expressed her appreciation

21 Graduate from Baptist Tailoring School

Thanks to ongoing support 21 vocational trainees graduated recently, 2 men and 19 women with practical skills training offered in the centre include tailoring, literacy and numeracy, life skills, business skills, and others/related arts like soap making, beadwork, rug making, doll making, gara tie-dye. 

Masking Up to Prevent COVID-19

Thanks in part to your ongoing support, new masks were distributed to students in Freetown. Each student received  5 new cloth masks to wear at school to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  In Sierra Leone, it is mandatory to wear a mask when in public transports, market places, places of worship, schools, and all other public places.
